1. Our service

tudtu is a vertical-film platform for creators. Viewers can watch free episodes without an account; other episodes become free on each title's schedule (usually one a week). Paid membership will come with its own published terms before it starts.

2. Your account

You sign in with an Apple, Google, Facebook or LINE account (or a phone number and one-time code where enabled) — there are no passwords. You must own that account or number and give true information.

One account can be signed in on at most 5 devices at a time. The account is yours alone: do not sell, rent or share it. If you see a sign-in you do not recognise, sign that device out under Me › Account & security right away.

You must be at least 13. Titles rated 18+ require signing in and confirming your date of birth.

3. Comments and what you post

You keep ownership of your comments and let us show, store and moderate them on the service free of charge. Comments with banned words, links or spam may be hidden automatically. A title's creator may hide or pin comments on their channel.

4. What you must not do

No inflating views or likes (bots, scripts, multiple accounts). No downloading, screen-recording for redistribution or copying videos. No attacking or disrupting the service or sending far more requests than normal use (rates are limited automatically). No harassment, threats or hate.

Fraudulent views are not counted and may lead to suspension.

5. Copyright and infringement notices

Videos belong to their creators or rights holders. If something infringes your rights, report it from the player or at tudtu.com/report. We hide the work while we review and tell you the outcome.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law and will explain why where we can. You can delete your account at any time on the Me page; personal data is deleted within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Payments

Nothing is charged today. When membership, coins or tips start we will publish prices, billing periods, cancellation and refund terms as additional terms and ask for your agreement first.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and safe but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Creators are responsible for their content. Our liability is limited as far as Thai law allows.

9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we change the version number, announce it on the site and ask you to accept the new version before you continue. Your acceptances (version, time, method) are recorded as evidence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law; Thai courts have jurisdiction.
