This agreement applies to everyone who opens a studio and uploads work on tudtu (including studio team members), in addition to the Terms of Use.
1. Rights in your work — non-exclusive
You keep ownership. You give tudtu a non-exclusive licence to store, transcode, show, distribute, make trailers/short clips to promote, and translate subtitles of your work on the service. You may publish it elsewhere and withdraw it at any time.
2. You confirm that
You hold all rights in every part of the work (images, music, script, performers) · you do not use a real person's face or voice without consent (including AI voice cloning) · you truthfully mark the parts made with AI when uploading · the work follows the Content Policy.
3. Revenue share
Once earnings start, creators receive 70% of the revenue pool by quality watch time, after reaching 1,000 quality views and a minimum of ฿500 per payout. Fraudulent views do not count. Numbers may change with notice and a new version to accept.
4. Tax
You are responsible for your own income tax. tudtu withholds tax and issues certificates as the law requires when paying, using correct payee details.
5. Review, suspension and strikes
Work is reviewed (automatically and by staff) before or after publishing. Reported work may be hidden during review. A confirmed violation is one strike; 3 strikes suspend the studio. You can appeal decisions in the studio.
6. Team
Studio owners may invite editors and analysts and are responsible for their team's actions in the studio.
7. Closing a studio
You may close your studio at any time. Your work stops showing; outstanding earnings are paid in the normal cycle once the minimum is reached.
8. Personal data
Payout and tax details are stored encrypted and used only for payouts and legal duties, as in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
When this agreement changes we change the version number and ask you to accept it before you continue using the studio.
